Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beauty Blushh! We value your trust and want you to love every product you receive. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on skincare or makeup products once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace or refund it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (based on your region)

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we’re happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.
To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare or makeup products

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Gift cards or promotional items


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue — we’ll resolve it promptly.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
